Cookie policy

On your first visit, Championa shows its own cookie banner. You can choose “Accept all”, “Reject all”, or “Settings” to switch Analytics and Advertising on or off separately. Nothing is pre-ticked: until you choose, only strictly necessary storage is used and no analytics or advertising tag loads (Google Consent Mode v2 starts with everything denied).
What we use
- Strictly necessary (always on): sign-in session and auth tokens, security, language and theme preferences, and
championa_consent, which stores your cookie choice for 6 months. - Analytics (only if you accept): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (cookies
_ga,_ga_*), to measure aggregate page views and sign-up steps. - Advertising (only if you accept): the Google Ads tag (cookies such as
_gcl_au) and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel (cookies_fbp,_fbc). They record page views and when a visitor starts a free trial or pays for a subscription, so we can measure and improve our ads. Google and Meta receive the page visited, the event, an event ID, and their own cookie and device identifiers. We do not send your email or name to either.
Proof of consent
When you choose, we store a record with a random anonymous ID, your choice per category, the policy version, the date and time, and the site language. It contains no name, email or IP address and is used only to demonstrate consent.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use “Cookie settings” in the site footer (or in the app's Settings) at any time to change or withdraw your choice; withdrawn tags stop immediately. We ask again after 6 months or when this policy changes. See how Google uses data at business.safety.google/privacy and Meta's privacy policy.
Third parties
When you make a payment, Paddle sets its own cookies on the checkout page. See their privacy policy.
Controlling cookies
You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out of Championa.
